The Links gadget

The Links gadget enables you to add links to queries, processes, other dashboards, and URLs to your dashboard.

To add a Links gadget:

1. From the Choose Gadget dialog (see Dashboards), add a Links gadget.
   The Create Links Gadget appears.
2. Enter a Description, and choose a Color and Image.
   These values, along with the Title from the Choose Gadget dialog, are used when the gadget is displayed in Ivanti Workspaces. For more information, see Dashboards in Workspaces.
3. Click OK.
   The Links gadget is added to the dashboard.
4. Click in the gadget's title bar, then click, Add query link, Add process link, Add dashboard link, or Add URL link as required.
   The appropriate dialog as used elsewhere in Web Access appears.
5. Complete the dialog, then click OK.
   The link is added to the gadget.

You can change the order of the links in the Links gadget by dragging them to the new position.

To remove a link from the gadget, right-click the link, then click Delete link. To modify a link, right-click it then click Modify Link.

If you have set up a multilingual system, you can add translations for the title of a link by right-clicking it, then clicking Localize Link Title. For more information about configuring a multilingual system, see Designing a multilingual system.
